"We should take a closer look at this Mr. Ramaswamy. The last time, we've installed President Trump for Americans, but our bet didn't quite work out. Why not try again? Let's give it another try and see how Ramaswamy will perform in case Trump doesn't manage to win the position of the President. Just kidding."

If you can't see the video, it seems to have been blocked since the time I viewed it. Recorded it, just in case it 'disappears'.

I had held back pre-judging Ramaswamy. I waited until I saw some of his platform. His true colors came out with this:
https://www.axios.com/2023/08/29/trump-vivek-ramaswamy-vice-president
The only reason why I think Trump likes the guy is this:
https://www.nbcnews.com/meet-the-press/meetthepressblog/vivek-ramaswamy-defends-positions-ukraine-taiwan-rcna102408
I see him as a closet-Pro-India, Pro-China, Pro-Russia stooge who will sell out the US at the first opportunity. A clown looking to curry favor with Communists to appear strong and powerful, just like Tulsi Gabbard or the other crazy Republicans that infiltrated the party.
The good news is I'm guessing Trump won't like the guy at all and I'm sure they'll get along like oil-and-water behind closed doors. If the Republican's want to put a serious contender up, they need to focus on a moderate candidate. That will pull the rug out from under the Democrats too far to the left.
He doesn’t seem pro China - if anything he’s too anti China.
“Strategic clarity” means China goes into Taiwan tomorrow - literally
His China policy would guaruntee invssjon of Taiwan within hours and the us cannot win a hot war with China without fundementally changing the trajectory to the downside for the us (China will also suffer but it is 5000 years old so they can “est bitter” easier)
You don't think it's pro-China to say that the US won't back Taiwan? Or pro-Russia to say that Russia can just have as much of Ukraine as it wants?
I thought the same thing.
Up is down. Down is up in Vivek world.
We don’t “back” Taiwan as it is.
Tell me, what is current us taiwan policy?
