I liked both. Some people are just mad that she is thin now.
It really makes me wonder if that's it because in terms of "showing off skin, blah blah blah", this dress was actually restrained and tasteful compared to so many others. It fit her perfectly. It was sculptural and elegant. I loved it. And I thought the styling (the slicked back hair in particular worked) was fine too.

The look like pod people. She looks good (hair, makeup all great, the silhouette of the dress is really nice) but there is something very uncomfortable about this.
Does no one else see Mickey Mouse with this dress. I really don’t like it. The weird cutouts are like the update to cold shoulders. They make no sense and seem like lazy fashion design—make a dress more edgy or sexy by cutting a bit hole in it.

Here’s the whole dress. Gloves are certainly having a moment that I do not like, but otherwise gorgeous.
I like this less on the red carpet than I did in the close up shots someone posted earlier. I'm losing the details and her hair looks like she just came from yoga.

I like her hair but that's it. I might like that dress if it were just a little more substantial and structured. I have no trouble with sex appeal and showing skin on the red carpet (and this was for the after party, not the awards, so looser dress code) but this honestly looks like it's about to fall off her. It's like a tacky boudoir photo shoot outfit.
Also, while I do like the style of her hair, the color doesn't work with the colors of the dress. Going reddish and then wearing a lemon-lime outfits just feels like a big miss to me.
She also looks either high or drunk and given her history with alcohol, I wonder what's going on there.
Inflated uniboob looks painful
those poor baby-feeding breasts -- give them a break
It looks like a breastplate that drag queens wear.
But we know those are her breast feeding, postpartum breasts.
We also know she had surgery to remove implants prior to getting pregnant for the 4th time.
I did not know the history of Chrissy Tiegen’s breast’s, but OK!

I get she's excited about her body and wants to show it off -- no shade there, I get it. But the dress itself is hideous and her styling is very plasticky looking. She looks like a Bratz doll (sorry Mindy). I wish she'd gone super classic instead.
She changed into the same dress in black before presenting! So strange.
It's less tacky in black and her head styling makes a bit more sense in that palette. Also MUCH prefer her lip color in the black dress -- even with everything I hate about the dress, I think it's the weird purply burgundy lip color that I hate most about the red carpet look. It's not necessarily a bad color on her generally (it's too close to her skin tone but with a different color dress it could work okay), but it is the wrong color with a white dress. Her head is all dark/goth/dramatic and then it's this bright white dress. She looks like a vampire.
It's been a long time since I've hated a red carpet look this much.
I'm super late the this thread, but I liked Mindy Kaling's black version of the dress much better than the white. Agree the red lip is much better, and the waist of the black dress has a banding above the peplum that the white dress does not. Not sure why they're cut differently, but I prefer that detail in the black dress.
Agreed but neither was right choice to show off her newly slimmed body. I didn't like her hair and make up either. She needs a new stylist.
