What is unfortunate is the speculation and arguments over things that are clear from the court records. For example, there was endless back and forth about "no signs of a struggle" as well as how this might show Christine was drugged. But here is what prosecutor's set forth in court papers:
"Autopsy findings on Christine’s body are consistent with her arms being pinned down while she was stabbed once through the left side of her neck. An immobilized Christine instinctively and defensively could only turn her head away from this blow but this exposed the right side of her neck where she was then stabbed repeatedly, five more times."
While that is not proof at this point, it does establish what the prosecution intends to show about the stabbing.
My biggest concern is that the case may not be the slam-dunk that many here are suggesting. If Magalhaes does not flip, in each separate case the prosecution will have to demonstrate that a particular act was either performed by a specific defendant or that it was part of a conspiracy between the two. Defense lawyers for each could claim that the other one was responsible. From what we have previously heard from her lawyer, that at least seemed to be the direction they were going. Hopefully, the lengthy, painstaking efforts of police and prosecutors have build an air-tight case but we cannot really say at this point.

Get off the forum, or feel free to stop trying to manipulate the readers and posters in this thread just because you have a personal reason to discourage eyes and interest in the topic. It honestly doesn’t say something positive about you trying to control what others are discussing. Someone needs to not judge other’s interests by calling them a negative term of obsessed. I suggest you get a hobby instead and move along away from this thread. Joe and Christine matter in the end and their stories wont be denied.

How narcissistic of JPM justifying in her mind robbing a child of a parent and brutally murdering wrong place wrong time poor Joe. And then to begin the public smear campaign of CB EARLY.
What sickos JPM, BB and TB are. Peas in a pod. Hope all 3 are behind bars soon, for a long time.

Upthread or on the closed one there was another post by JPM complaining about BB paying attention to the child. Think it may have been after they killed her mommy and traumatized the poor kid.
