This is bullshit.
She is an activist.

She was told to keep moving. She stopped her car and refused to move.

This is all theater, at least use someone else that doesn't have a full bio on the internet about her social justice activist background and job

Aliya Rahman
Fellow, Open Technology Institute
Aliya Rahman worked with New America's Open Technology Institute on body-worn camera policy and workforce development surrounding community fiber expansion. Her work was informed by a background in legislative, electoral, and community organizing for racial and criminal justice campaigns, fifteen years of software development for the social justice movement, and a former life as an educator and researcher working in public education and workforce development.

Aliya served formerly as Program Director at Code for Progress, where she led the recruitment, in-residence training, and job placement of community organizers of color into full-time developer positions. She is also is the former Field Director of Equality Ohio, where she built a statewide field program focused on bridging gaps between racial justice organizers, LGBT rights groups, and labor. Prior to that, she worked for the Center for Community Change, first as their Ohio organizer in the passage of employment legislation supporting formerly incarcerated people, and later as a national circuit rider working with immigrant rights groups on voter engagement.

Aliya studied aerospace engineering and education as an undergrad and masters student at Purdue University, where she also taught undergraduate courses in computer programming for engineers, chemistry, and the social foundations of education. She was an ABD doctoral student in Educational Leadership at Miami University when she left academia to work full-time as field staff in the social justice movement.

What’s your point, that it’s ok to attack cool people?

MAGA losers will never get over their lives.

She was really their to disrupt and get video time. Also lied to an officer about medical conditions to get away when she realised she was in over her head.

Did they attack and manhandle her, or no?

NP. Even if she "was [there] to get video time" (speculation, but assume for a moment it is accurate)..... the video really doesn't look good for ICE. Is that really an acceptable level and use of force? Because I would expect better from representatives of our government. Illegal immigration is too far out of control and must be curtailed, I agree, but the way ICE keeps having scandals about killing/shooting/attacking people is just shameful.

Are the activists you are talking about dressed up like army boys for Halloween?

I think you might not know who is who.

I still stand by what I said. The lack of composure some of them have looks bad and people need to pull it together. How they come off to the public matters.

and?

she was on her way to a doctor's appointment and ICE ended up dragging her from her car. ICE acted unprofessionally irrespective of what "newamerica.org" wants to claim about her professional standing.

You know, the whole exchange is on video....they stopped her from driving down the street to get to her doctor's appointment, and then did what they did. She was never given the chance to refuse to move.

She does try to at multiple points, but they keep sticking their hands in her windows. If she had actually driven off they probably would have started firing on her claiming she tried to injure them just like with Good.

That’s what they want. Fear of resisting their attacks.

I don’t think that they are getting it. This is making their dumpy race warriors look weak and ineffective.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is a federal law enforcement agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) created by the Homeland Security Act of 2002. Its purpose is to enforce federal immigration laws, detain and deport unauthorized immigrants, investigate crimes like human trafficking and visa fraud, and combat cross-border crime — all as authorized by federal statutes.

Great they are doing very little of THAT and a lot of harassment and bullying and general sh17t stirring

They executing their mission. That you don't like their mission is something to address with your representatives, not with the people paid to enforce the laws passed by the elected legislature. Failing to address their mission would be dereliction of duty.

What’s their mission, murdering US citizens?

Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO):
-Identifies, arrests, detains, and removes non-citizens who are in the U.S. unlawfully
-Prioritizes individuals with certain criminal convictions or immigration violations
-Manages immigration detention and alternatives to detention

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI):
-Investigates transnational crimes such as human trafficking, child exploitation, drug and weapons smuggling, money laundering, cybercrime, and intellectual-property theft
-Works with U.S. and international law-enforcement partners

ICE’s mission combines immigration enforcement and serious criminal investigations, with the agency asserting that both are aimed at safeguarding national security and public safety.

ICE wasn’t created by one person—it was created by Congress, signed into law by the president, and stood up as part of a post-9/11 overhaul of U.S. national security and immigration enforcement.

During Obama’s eight years in office, U.S. immigration authorities deported more than 3.1 million people overall.

From when Biden took office in January 2021 through early 2024, the U.S. government reported about 1.1 million deportations and returns combined.

According to U.S. Department of Homeland Security figures, Trump’s administration has removed (deported) more than ~622,000 people from the United States through formal deportation orders since he took office in January 2025.

Trump and his administration lie. Those numbers are not credible.
ICE isn’t doing anything other than terrorizing American citizens.

What are the real numbers?

Ask your mom.

This is a prime example of the people who block traffic and blow whistles, and then cry that ICE is bullying them.

The same people follow ICE around and get scared and mad they are being “profiled” and either attack ICE or fall on the ground à la Fred Sanford and claim they were made to have a heart attack by ICE officers and the internet makes them a go fund me for medical treatment.
Agreed, it’s long past the time to start arresting these people for obstruction of justice, and conspiracy for their internet handlers.

Think about it.
