Look at how contemptuously they are treating their paying customers and then imagine how the management treats their employees. There's your answer.

+1

We are waiting on a 2015 boys white team offer. Has anyone received one? The tryouts have been over for several days.

The other 2 teams seem to have the same retention rate. (Not great) that can't be blamed on him.

Does anyone know what’s going on with 2014 boys? Did they hire someone to replace KL? It looks like they had five teams this past year. Is that still going to be the case or will they go down to a smaller number?

Are they telling parents at tryouts that the coach assignments are a state secret? Why so much secrecy?

Has anyone received an offer for 2012 boys yet beyond the first two teams?

I don't know but I can confirm there were a lot less players at 2011 tryouts than previous seasons.

Other parents have been open with us - just ask at the game when kids aren't around. The (outgoing) coach has too and will give you numbers if you ask him about it. He probably is out of the loop going forward, but I didn't see a path to a 3rd team existing as of last week.

When you go from 3 teams to barely 2 the only way to go is up.

Is this really true? There were 3rd team offers sent out.

There is no way they have enough to fill a 3rd team. They had to take some more from the 2nd to fill holes in the 1st, and sent out more offers to try to fill the 2nd team. Lost more players from all 3 than they picked up from outside the club. I think all the goalies are leaving the club.
