they are SO going to jail!
My only desire is they get a sentence of a year or more each.
There's been talk of Loughlin copping a guilty plea though. She's scared.
Seriously, your only desire? Why do you even care this much?
I don't think any of these people deserve jail time. Pedophiles and rapists get away with less public lynching.
Np. I want her to get jail time. Not only did they willingly and knowingly break the law, they show no shame or remorse. A fine would do nothing. It would only prove that the rich can but themselves out of trouble.

Anonymous wrote:Jailing all of them is a waste of time and money. Just prosecute them. Enough with the games and give them a huge fine and community services. They are spending more time/money/effort going after them to get them to agree to a conviction then it would be to try them.

Yeah, maybe it would be better to fine them like 20 times the amount they spent and put it into a fund to help lower income students get into college. So Huffman and Macy paying $15K would be fined $300K. Loughlin and Gianulli would be fined $10M (for paying $500K). Or maybe more. Something that hurts a lot financially and helps out a lot of under-privileged kids get into college would be appropriate penalty. Probably hurt more and help more than jail time.
