I don’t think this will happen. The IRS went after them in the 80s or 90s and backed off after Scientologists went after staff and did an all-out campaign against the IRS. I think it’s noted as one of the only times the IRS backed down. There is a video of David Miscavage speaking at an event about them winning the war with them.
