Ok, folks. This is indictment B. In 30 years of fedral litigation, I have never seen a B level defendant be higher up than an A. Flynn has already been indicted. The next person to go down here will be higher up the chain. Who will it be?

This is discussed upthread.

According to the twitterverse Indictment (A) has to be higher profile criminal that "B". Which can only be Trump, Pence or Session.

Because Flynn is cooperating.

Can any Trumper say the same statement about Manafort? Why is it so hard to want justice?

I am a liberal and I agree with you. Drain the bloody swamp, who cares which party they are on.

Because of you plead guilty, youget sentenced and go to jail, just as if you were convicted? So you buy time to work out a deal. Buy rime to not be injail. Because who knows what happens between now and a year from now when there is a trial. Or, you go to trial and make the government prove its case, hire a great lawyer, and pray you get a hung jury.

Pleading guilty without cooperating and deal has no upsides. Only downsides.

No one pleads guilty in white collar cases.

Are we sure that it's not Papadopolous? I dont see an A on is papers, but it could be, no?

Papadopoulos's indictment has a different case number. So would an indictment against Flynn. So I think the implication is that there is another sealed indictment (A) with different charges against Manafort/Gates.

Wow. Mueller is moving fast. This is going to be a bad week for Trump.

The ‘adult daycare center’ will need to stock up on adult diapers - I'm guessing there's a lot of self-soiling today and in the near future.

When will we hear who is the subject of Indictment A?

When they have big fish stuff, they don't need the small fish.

Apparently small fish is all they got.

Waste o' time and money.

Like chasing blowjobs for 6 years?

Right?! Let’s compare!

Haha, now the republicans are on the receiving end of investigation, they have so much whining! Oh, "the vast something something conspiracy" verbiage is suddenly appropriated. Karma is a bitch.

Firm in Mueller indictment got RNC funds for work on Trump campaign

A company listed in the Monday indictment of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and his associate Rick Gates received funds from the Republican National Committee for work done in coordination with Donald Trump’s election campaign.

Bade LLC, listed in the indictment among 17 domestic entities that Manafort and Gates are alleged to have used to hide foreign earnings, particularly from Ukraine, was paid a total of $70,000 in three payments by the Republican National Committee in September 2016, October 2016 and January 2017.

Yup no connection to Trump campaign

We already know this.

What? House arrest? Why weren't they bound over for trial? These 2 are HUGE flight risks. This is bullshit if they are out on bail. 2 systems of justice people: one for the rich and one for the poor. Wow.

I would presume house arrest comes with an ankle monitor. And given how high profile Manafort is, FBI watching the house. But yes— it UCB’s how differently the rich nand poor are treated.
