When the Dantes get an interview as often as the Davids, with identical resumes, then I'll think we've made some progress.
Education and the criminal justice system.
Those are the two areas that have SERIOUS systemic racism wrinkles that need to be ironed out.
And they both significantly impact life-long employment and the ability to create wealth.
Still, personal choices remain and will always remain the most significant impact on everyone's life.
