She said she went to her oncologist and the doctor said it could be the tamoxifen, some people gain weight on it, some people lose. She said "truthfully" she eats more than she ever has, but is losing weight. Okay, G!
Why is that so hard to believe?
Because before she even had cancer, when she was trying to conceive, her doctor told her to gain five pounds and she wouldn't do it. She had stopped getting her period, couldn't get pregnant, and so she went to a fertility doctor. The doctor told her to gain weight and she wouldn't. This was on the reality show. She said if she gained weight she wouldn't fit into the sample sizes for the E "news" show she does and the show doesn't have a budget for clothes so that was her only option. When you see her from behind in those clothes they have clamps all the way down her back taking them in.
I lost a lot of respect for her when she refused to gain the five pounds that could have helped her get pregnant.

Why is that so hard to believe?
Because of her admitted, highly restrictive/obsessive/neurotic diet? Because everything about what she is saying compared to that admitted diet screams deflect, deflect, deflect! Weight loss doesn't make sense unless she's got a caloric deficit. She's saying she's eating more than ever, not that the medicine is causing appetite loss.
I would think that she has a malabsorbtion issue. She may very well be trying to gain weight but something about the medication is causing her body to not absorb the nutrients (calories) from her food.
It's especially difficult to absorb food that never entered your digestive tract.
You are convinced that she is not eating. Maybe she isn't I don't know. I have know way of knowing. But she is SAYING that the medication is causing her weight loss and that is not implausible. In fact, it is quite possible. Maybe it's a combination of a restricted diet and a reaction to the medication?

Also, her hair is very thin. Note that she's wearing a wig.
