For D-1, the coaches can't talk to the players until June 15th of their Junior year.
why have a showcase for U15?
All thanks to VDA 🤜🤛🤜🤛🤜🤜🤜🤜training and the best Players and BPsAnonymous wrote:and darn sure he’ll post when one of his players receives the Gatorade high school player of the year. hypocrite

It’s not true.
sure you can play, but then BP just gets passive aggressive with the girls and they
get on his naughty list. But sure go ahead and play.....NO INSTA POST FOR YOU!
The funny thing is, VDA is quick to claim credit the moment a player makes First Team All-District or All-Region
Funny thing is, parents don't realize it is actually the Club/ Team Coach who nominates those players from the team in the first place.

How can a club coach nominate players for HS award?

Set up a meeting with Quan and discuss rationally your issues. I don't understand why parents can't use their words and do anything to solve the BP problems. Do better.
That’s not how the power dynamics work. Sure can complain and even leave the club. But nobody will and risk damaging their own kids situation when they they at or near recruiting ages. It’s a short window and losing playing time because your parents complain (it happens), club won’t release player card (it happens), coaches trash talk and steer college coaches away (it happens). Nobody will risk all that. It’s what they signed up for, maybe unknowingly at the time, but that’s the ship they chose and need to keep riding it all the way to shore.
