She was not breaking the law.
If she was impeding ice agents I do believe that is breaking the law.
How?
Impeding or obstructing an ICE agent is a federal crime, potentially leading to felony charges, as ICE officers are federal law enforcement, and interfering with their duties violates laws like 18 U.S.C. § 111
She was not impeding or obstructing. This is clear in the video. This is murder. The ICE officer need to to be brought to justice.
Her car was diagonal in the middle of the street in front of to ICE agents cars. How is that not impeding?
She waved the first vehicle around her so I don’t think she was trying to impede them. The second vehicle stopped and ICE go out and started yelling at her.
Do you know why she was waving? You know for sure she was very politely telling the other car “oh just go on around me! Thanks!” How do you know this?

Then she recklessly (with reckless disregard for the safety of others) placed the car in drive, but unfortunately an officer with his gun drawn was crossing in front of her vehicle as she was attempting to escape.
This is a tragedy.
Correct. I have seen videos from different angles and what some people don't realize yet is that in trying to drive away, the woman actually drove directly at an agent. I can see why she did that in a moment of panic and misjudgement, and most likely would have swerved away as she drove away. But in that fatal second, she was aiming at an agent, and that is when the agent shot his gun.
This is a tragedy and there is blame for both sides. But right now people really need not to get charged at fighting and blocking ICE agents who are doing their lawful job.
Protest ICE peacefully, don't interfere with their actions, stick to court cases and peaceful protests.
I thought law enforcement were trained not to get in front of moving vehicles/vehicles in drive? Aren’t they supposed to come around from the sides to prevent this, especially because people tend to panic in these situations?
they have no training beyond might makes right. That is all there is now to our legal system to our economic system to our political system. might makes right.
Don't be like that. You know that police agents & federal officers undergo serious training.
ICE does not. Other agents, I agree.
Let's agree that this was an unnecessary & preventable tragedy.
Right. She shouldn’t have been blocking the street with her car.

The ICE truck pulls up, you can hear the officer say several times get out of the car and he even has his arms inside the window and is trying to open the door (you can hear him pulling on the door handle several times), as he is doing this she quickly reverses the speeds forward
She is turning around. Armed and masked Gestapo agents rushed her car to get her out as another agent tells her to get out of the way. As he lunges and tries to break into her car to assault her she turns her wheel to the right to try to drive away, keeping her eyes on the threat to her left. The murderer draws his weapon and executes her as the car begins moving forward, forward in line with what she was ordered to do. Fat nazi prances away. She never saw fat Nazi murderer because she was avoiding an assault. The assaulter #1 should be charged with murder along with fat Nazi.

This. It doesn’t matter what we think. We’ll be told “how it is” by the feds. And we better tow the line…

The ICE officer (the victim) is currently in the hospital being treated for wounds related to the vehicle hitting them.
Hope he succumbs to his injuries.
Wow. You are a terrible person.

You can be a white woman who drives around with stuffed animals in her car, and they will still kill you in cold blood and call you a domestic terrorist.
So your story is this woman was minding her own business, trying to get around another car blocking the road, on her way to foster puppies and feed the homeless, when some rando ICE agents ran up to her car and murdered her for shits and giggles?
No idea about the puppies and homeless, but it's clear some ICE agent shot her for shits and giggles. That part is crystal clear. He's going to be arrested and named by the end of the day. Watch.

Quickly reverse and speeds forward? So there was no reason for Trumps thugs to attack her?
