You could get rid of every civilian federal employee outside of social security, Medicare/Medicaid, and the Treasury department to handle the debt and you world STILL have a deficit. You can't balance the budget without cutting Medicare/Medicaid/social security or by raising revenue.

Democrats want to fund healthcare for illegals... silence
Republicans need 7 more weeks to pass 12 appropiation bills, aka regular order... RAGE!

The Dems are a lost party with no agenda and clearly not in touch with most Americans. By 2026 the cloture in the senate wont be an issue thanks in part to the Schumer shutdown.

If they’ve got such a great messaging machine, why do the polls show 17% more people blaming them for the shutdown?
And what’s the blame going to do? The GOP doesn’t care.

The GOP controls the White House, the House of Representatives and the Senate. If the government shuts down, it is not on the democrats. Heck, the GOP house members are not even in DC right now to pass anything.

Not after bailing Argentina out. So much for America first. Trump got scammed by Argentina.

Polling says most people will be blaming the White House or congressional Republicans for this shutdown.
“Polling”
You still read that swill?
Oh, do you have any contrary evidence to offer? Otherwise all you’ve got are your feelings.
It’s seems you have forgotten how wrong the polling was in 2024 and 2016.
Polling used to be more accurate, now it’s just a coping mechanism.

Anonymous wrote:Yet again another left-wing Democrat idea to claim they care about some random thing and cave to it. Meaning oh we care about free healthcare for everybody and then they'll just pay for it has nothing to do with the shutdown. It's just politics and trying to look like they are going to do something but they're worthless
