Universal pre-k and pre-pre k only makes sense to real Americans who want to give every child the closest thing to equal opportunity from birth we can provide. Others prefer welfare and other hand outs to adults because adults can reciprocate with votes.
If toddlers could vote, we'd have social programs geared towards helping to boost children lacking privilege in their most formative years so that they don't need social welfare when they are adults.
