+1 I'm in a swing state and walking around the neighborhood I have only seen one Harris/Walz sign. A few Trump signs but not nearly as many as I saw before.

Probably because people for Harris are more like on to doxx. And anyways, Americans already know Trump. It’s the other two that need the advertising.

Do you think Kamala can actually maintain momentum?

Do the Dems have any new tricks up their sleeve if she starts to falter?

She got the announcement boost, then the Tim Walz boost, and then the Convention boost. But that’s all over and the debate(a) loom large.

Can she translate vibes into policy? Predictions?

September 6 - Oral arguments in Trump appeal of the E Jean Carroll defamation suit
The oral arguments will bring the Trump sexual assault issue back to the national news. With abortion rights on the ballot in 11 states for November, this type of behavior will hit Trump again and will remind many women of Trump's history of misogyny and abuse.

September 10 - Presidential Debate
Trump is getting more feeble-minded and losing track of his stream of consciousness and Harris a better debater. She was able to shut down Pence in 2020 and Pence was positively MENSA quality then compared to Trump now. It is hard to believe that in their current conditions that Trump is going to come out looking good.

September 18 - Donald Trump sentencing in NYS
His sentencing in the felony falsifying of business documents is set for September 18. This was delayed from July 11 due to the SCOTUS ruling on presidential immunity, but since the actions that took place are unrelated to the office of the president, and some of them took place before he assumed office, it would be hard to believe that they would be consider official acts as president. He is likely to be sentenced for his felony convictions Regardless of what the penalty is, the negative news should be good for Harris.

Is Kamala giving an interview today?

Tomorrow?

She said before the end of the month.

It’s August. Were you seeing a ton of Biden/Trump signs in August 2020 or Clinton/Trump signs in 2016 (and my God, this clown has been campaigning for almost a decade. Go away already!)

Traditionally, I don’t expect to see a lot of campaign signs until October, maybe September for political enthusiasts.

That’s fine. But the rest of us need Kamala to convince us she’s up for the job to which she aspires.

+1 Immigrayion. Crime. Inflation.

Crime’s down, inflation’s down, Trump killed the border protection bill. Go Harris!

Oh, sure, PP. Democrats should never be counting any chickens. Remember 2016?

Thank you for the excellent reminder to post that it's a good idea to keep checking vote.GOV (or vote.ORG, but that has a signup) to make sure your registration status stays valid. There are links to state and DC official sites there, too.

Make a plan for what you will do to get your vote in on time. You can check https://ballotpedia.org/Sample_Ballot_Lookup for sample ballots for your state.

Remember that there is always an option to cast a "provisional ballot" if you are challenged; this can be legally "cured" later, but you should make sure it is cast by voting day.

There will be free legal help available in every state.

Thanks, PP.
