I don't know. If I were to guess they will either: take them back to BCC (unlikely), send them to a different HS, or to Blair Ewing or RICA.

Some credit to MCPS as well for working with police. No doubt MCPS would have stonewalled if the video hadn’t been made public, but they still deserve a little credit even though what they did was obviously the right thing to do.

Well they had probable cause to make those arrests...so there is that.

I actually think it’s not - it says he was charged with armed robbery and second degree assault. I’m guessing this is the one that stole that boy’s shoes, and the ‘armed’ charge relates to the gun rumors. Maybe it wasn’t a gun but some other weapon but either way, scary stuff. Given the second degree assault charge, I assume he was not one of the ones kicking the boy in the head, but that the ‘minors’ charged with 1st degree assault are responsible for that. Honestly, they should all be charged as adults.
