Why do people keep repeating this? She can’t stay with him if he doesn’t want her there. He was planning to file for divorce, she just raced ahead of him.

Where did you get that? He said he didn’t want the divorce.

Not true. Zero evidence of this.

I'm really curious about the breakdown of the marriage. If it really does come down to his working too much, well then she can eff right off. Where does she suppose the millions pouring in come from? She does sound incredibly lazy and entitled. If he cheated, I guess I'd feel somewhat differently. But even then, it was pretty clear who he was along and my sympathy would still be limited. After a 19 year marriage and three kids, she should get a nice-enough place to live and adequate support but should not expect to continue living like a queen with virtually no responsibilities. That was only offered in the context of marriage, and she chose to exit.

I’ve posted a few times saying Kevin is being gross in this and I still maintain that position but I’m also grossed out by both of them. They are a perfect example of how disgustingly broken our society is at the parent time. It’s stomach turning that some people enjoy that kind of wealth while other kids are sitting in school as we speak with growling tummies and no real ability to focus on lessons and conform their behavior. Shame on us all.

I completely agree with this. He should have forked over ~$10 mil for a smaller property nearby for her and the kids, but is not obligated to supply the kind of staff she's become accustomed to. I think she can afford a housecleaning service and ample meals delivered like norms on the alimony/child support she'll be getting. She doesn't work, can damn well manage her own kids' schedules. Both should have kept their dumb entitled mouths shut.

That sounds like a guy who wants to make sure she is totally subservient to him. I am not loaded by would not be living on someone else’s house if I married someone married before. Maybe a year or two but then you create a life together with homes you pick out. You sell the old home and buy or build your own.He is so mad she dumped him that he is going to make her pay.

It sounds like he lived their entire married life in preparation for this inevitable moment when she approached 50 .… This is why I have a career and if I do my job right as a mother, my daughters will as well.

+3. I don’t think she ever had a chance in this marriage.

He knew he had the upper hand all along and kept things that way. And he is acting this way because he is vindictive!

She could also buy it since she was given a down payment, 1 years mortgage and enough to pay the mortgage on her own.

This is so typical for a second marriage to a wealthy guy. She would have been better off with a UMC guy her own age who was around to raise their kids from birth.
