A homeless facility is not a prison, you nitwit, and making sure the homeless go to one is not accusing them of any crime. PP here. No. That's not what I said. I said to provide them with help, assistance, housing, medications whatever you want to call it. If they won't take what's offered, they should not be allowed to camp out on the streets, defecate and use drugs in public, and/or commit crimes.
