It means the trustee is doing his job and identifying assets that are or should be the property of the bankruptcy estate. Per the US Courts website: In a chapter 7 bankruptcy case, all of the debtor’s property belongs to the bankruptcy estate unless the court makes a ruling that certain property is no longer property of the estate, the trustee abandons property to the debtor, or the property is exempt under California law from collection by creditors. It is recommended to consult a bankruptcy attorney to determine what property is exempt. A trustee is appointed to take control of certain assets of the debtor, bring these assets into the estate, and sell or distribute these assets for the benefit of creditors. Some assets will remain with the debtor if these assets are determined to be exempt from distribution to creditors. Neither a debtor nor any other person or business should use or transfer an asset that belongs to the bankruptcy estate unless there is an express court order or notice from the trustee.

It's hard to posts updates right now as nothing seems to be happening. No ruling yet on anything. Amr is still trying to sue his victims and he was still attempting to buy his super cars in bankruptcy which seems super suspicious since he's supposed to be financially hurting but some how keeps finding new money to spend on new lawyers and his super cars. So yeah, there's no big news but will update when it does.

So what was the out come of the bankruptcy case and his autos that he seems to drive around flaunting?

Any idea when those 2 rulings will be handed down?

There's criminal cases popping up this month and the judge has to make a ruling with the 2004 interviews as well as the appraisals of the cars to see what equity there is.

What’s the next step?

Long story short Omar's new lawyer spent 1 and a half hour on debating where the 7 vehicles should go be appraised. Now tell me if this doesn't sound fishy; how is someone in financial crisis able to offer to purchase a car that is valued at 100k+ with modifications? Like if you could afford that doesn't that mean you weren't financially as crippled as you are claiming? But yeah... and 2nd point was another hour was spent on him trying to convince the judge it was ok for him to gather information for the purposes of suing the victims. Like he claims victims were threatening protests that never happened, posting his bankruptcy information that never happened, or attempting to have his events removed which never happened. This is a prime example of Amr elrahimy just being a shit human being. Everyone is too busy trying to financially recover but here he goes threatening victims.... so yeah 2.5 grueling hours listening to this infuriating bs.
