I am happy for people who can unmask. It is weird and painful to see masks on faces - it especially bothers me to see kids masked.
I am high risk though - I hope you will be polite to me when I continue to wear a mask. I hope not to hear sarcasm or see eye rolls.
+1

It is not "political" at all, I'm wearing as high a quality mask as I can afford to protect my health. I don't care what anyone else does at this point.

It's so sad when old people who aren't funny try to be funny online.

Look, if I went 2 years not getting it, through 3 surges, I’m not gonna get it. I’m ok without the mask now.
That’s dumb logic. If you haven’t had it already (when everyone else was masking to protect you) you are going to get it now. You can decide you don’t care, but don’t be silly and assume it will never come for you.

Wearing my mask, thanks !

What a weird comment. Just do what YOU want to do. Why do you need the 'support' of strangers?

Masks work. Still wearing now in stores, and likely will wear in high risk places going forward. I get that the government is trying to bolster the economy, and keep these anti mask protesters at bay, but I'm not sacrificing myself to it.
BTW...good luck having teachers return to their jobs in the next few years. No one will sign up for this again.
Ah yes, now that you don’t like the CDC messaging, you claim they are bending to fringe political pressure. So predictable.
