Why does it bother you so much that parents
are asking for info here or discussing the pros and cons of Valor?

They HATE this blog but are fueling the troll flames with all the secrecy.
Seriously someone explain the strategy here.
I honestly think there is some kind of shuffling going on within their coaching staff and they don't want to announce things that may have to change, possibly several times. I just heard one coach, even after being announced as the 3rd team coach during tryouts, just left after tryouts. Also from what I heard, the turnout at tryouts from each age and gender groups weren't as expected. Some (probably only one or two) had more than expected while most had less. This probably meant their front office had to reshuffle number of coaches per ages and genders.
Either deal with the parents frustrated over the "secrecy" or deal with the aftermath of parents frustrated over "why did they switch out my coach". They probably chose the former.
Of course, there's also the very good possibility that they still don't even have coaches at all for many of the teams they want to fill.
Is this just a little problem? 2013s know who's coaching

You'll pay for all those amenities!
For the U-little ages, its substantially cheaper than Valor. Then its about even.
From Revolution's website:
U9 (2016) – U10 (2015) Club Fee: $2200 Team Fee: $370
U11 (2014) – U12 (2013) Club Fee: $2450 Team Fee: $410-$460
U13 (2012) – U19 (2006) Club Fee: $2850 Team Fee: $500-$650
Asking $2.5-3.5K to be trained by college guys with no experience nor licensing is a scam but also totally reasonable in the youth soccer business.
Says someone at a club with parents coaching teams? 🤡
Plus don't spout out easily disproven lies about other clubs. They don't hire college kids to coach their travel teams at Rev or any of the other local to Valor clubs that I've ever seen. Rev, Loudoun, FCV, VSA, Braddock, etc aren't hiring parents to coach teams either.
Someone already specified a Loudoun coach as being one who coached his own kid. That’s just one. I’m sure people can dig up more. But if you’re so convinced all the problems that Valor has is only happening at Valor, then go somewhere else.
Accuse others of lying while you consistently post lies.
Sure, one parent coach from 1 of the 5 clubs listed with over a hundred teams total-- you got me! Sorry, I haven't read through all 300 pages of posts on here. I have a life.
Point me in the direction of all these college kids coaching travel teams as well, please. I'll wait. Or, would you rather post some more pictures of yourself and your kid from social media doxing yourself?
Oh the persistence of these trolls and their predictable moves.
Troll: Post bs
Someone: confronts it
Troll: accuses responder that they are Valor staff and challenges it with demands of evidence.
Someone: posts evidence.
Troll: Challenges validity of evidence and more insults hurled at responder
Someone: posts something that possibly indirectly (or in one case, directly) identifying a minor.
Troll: Demands posts to be removed.
Still waiting to hear the names of the college kids coaching at Rev that you claimed falsely. Came back a couple days later to no response, shocking. Don't make claims you can't back up because you're mad and embarrassed about what Valor is doing. Many of us left for good reasons, people like you being part of it.

I only know that girls from the current first team got invites right after the first tryout and were told not to attend the second one.
Is “gold” for 2015 the 1st or 2nd team for this next upcoming season? Getting confused

The best hire in recent Valor history. Honestly, has unfathomable recruiting skills. Will open up a Route 1 pipeline of athletes into the Valor system
He is a soccer coach?
