They HATE this blog but are fueling the troll flames with all the secrecy.
Seriously someone explain the strategy here.

The best hire in recent Valor history. Honestly, has unfathomable recruiting skills. Will open up a Route 1 pipeline of athletes into the Valor system

Lots of girls at tryouts. Gold team won't have a parent coach.
KO, the coach for next year, coached his own
kid on the 3rd team one year and then the 2nd team the next year, and she is playing next year. That's a parent coach. Literally.
He will be the pre-ecnl coach. The gold coach will be Lexi. Current Gold (next year pre-ecnl) don't have him now. So are you claiming 1st team kids aren't returning because he is a coach they don't currently have but will, or 2nd team kids who have him now are not returning? Please clarify.
Gold coach is not Lexi. Announcement was made early this morning that Overton was taking gold and Lexi was helping KO with pre-ecnl
I'm a current girls 2015 parent and I have received NO communication from Valor on our coaches for next year besides the Dad Coach. Where are you seeing these announcements.
This cannot be true. As a parent in the age group all three coaches were introduced to us at the tryout. KO is PreECNL, Lexi is gold and Jose is white. KO has also stated that he is not coaching his kid next year.
Lexi is helping KO with Pre-ECNL and Overton is taking gold.
i also received this communication this morning. was surprised to hear such a high profile name was coming to valor, but it can't be worse than parent coaches.
Anonymous wrote:2015 boys tryouts are over and no one would tell us anything about even the second coach. Its bizarre!
They have all these staff in their fancy office, what do they even do all day.
Anonymous wrote:Harried parent here-if someone could just list the real names of the coaches and what team they are coaching for the 2015 girls I would really appreciate it (without the Hayfield jokes!).
My dd has not received an offer yet.

Ignore this person who keeps talking about Overton they are trying to make a stupid joke. I'm sure the poster who wrote the bolded is accurate. At least Valor bothered to introduce the coaches at tryouts. That's more than they did for some of the boys age groups. They still haven't told some boys teams who the second coach would be.
