Even Fox is reporting this assault on a man and his six kids. They had to be taken to the hospital for treatment.

Utter chaos. ICE is targeting citizens just trying to drive down the street. They threw tear gas into the van of this man with his kids in the back seat. He was not a protester.

Meh - I'll believe this "internal bleeding" only when it is presented as evidence in his murder trial.

It sounds like he got himself bruised. But he was carrying moving boxes from his house a day later so he clearly wasn't too injured.

I'm sure he bruised himself when he put his body into the. path of the oncoming car. That will hurt ya!

He threw his chest into the path of a car driving about 3 MPH while unloading his gun into a woman's head. You can get a bruise from that.

You forgot about firing non-lethal projectiles (flash bangs and tear gas) at close range toward people's heads instead of at the ground. This is deliberate because there's video of them doing the same thing in LA during the protests a few months ago.
