Why are supposed progressives and liberals attacking and shaming the young man for possibly being gay of bisexual and not yet ready to come out? I thought the progressive liberal mantra was to be open and inclusive and respect the privacy of men and women exploring their sexuality. But you cheer on a smear campaign trying to shame him for being gay. It doesn't mesh with what liberals and progressives claim to stand for. It's a bad look for y'all, not for this kid. Defeating him isn’t as simple as just giving more money to someone else. Also, there are probably restrictions on the state party giving any campaign funds to individuals running for the nomination.
