I'm not this PP but the "People's Department" usually refers to USDA, I think.

I'm with a Commerce agency, and we just got guidance that we could pretty much proceed with hiring, as usual.


Those are pretty big, NIST, NOAA, CENSUS. My money is on census. They have to ramp up
Operations in next three years for decennial census.
