Subject: People taking their dogs into CVS, and other places that sell food

And we're not talking trained service animals who are trained to help with a specific medical need. Pets are not stuffed animals that children in adult bodies need to bring with them everywhere because of "comfort." "great comfort from their dogs" is not a critical medical need.
So sick and tired of stunted adults taking advantage of businesses.
That's exactly what I mean. We should be able to shop in a drama-free and calm environment of only humans.

My local wine shop allows dogs, and I like taking my pooch in. He trots around, sniffing the bottles and visiting with the staff, who know him. There's nothing open for his fur or "germs" to get into, so I don't see the problem.

That's exactly why I bring this up. We're talking about Whole Foods, CVS, and other stores that have a NO PETS ALLOWED policy. Btw, emotional support animals are NOT service animals.
I realize that, and agree that people should not take pets where they aren't permitted. However, people were complaining about Home Depot and other places that pets are permitted.
Well, trying to get away with passing off obvious pets as service animals in Whole Foods and other supermarkets and CVS, for example, is absolutely ridiculous!

I agree entirely. How do we get them to stop? How do we get store management to listen? I won't even begin to list the serious incidents with people I know.
