It’s probably lining the pockets of those who collected it.
lol - to pay for their kids going to private school
In all seriousness, they are collecting money without any legal entity and saying no refunds. They complain about MCPS being transparent, but they aren't transparent either.
Don't mind that they aren't yet property registered as a charitable organization in Maryland yet, which is necessary to legally solicit donations. Or that they won't identity their "board" members. They must be legit.
It takes a few months to get registered. Why haven’t they done that? You can ask for donations but this is pretty shady.

You can’t talk about what they are doing with seriousness. The no refunds btw is in bold print.
Also, it’s ironic their communication and site are all in English, no? I thought they were fighting partially the cause of lack of access / lack of translations for the plurality.

This is Taylor we are talking about. He isn't starting over - he thinks his original ideas are brilliant. And he does not lister to the community - he could care less about what other people think, because he is sure he is correct.
No, it isn't Taylor we are talking about. We are talking about what a court would order in the (unlikely) event this lawsuit (if ever filed) is successful.
You are so full of Taylor hate that you can't even comprehend what you are reading anymore.
Even if it were successful MCPS would just redo things to still keep this plan.
