If you have the money and dropping $100k per year is not going to make a dent in your budget, the anything is perfectly fine.

For the typical $200k to $400k family in the DMV with an ounce of IQ between the couple, they understand that outside of HYPMS, nothing is worth $100k.

None are worth that much unless you don't need the money.
