So why are the people here legally being deported? The Afghans who were are allies, the people who have green cards or TPS, the people who were granted asylum and are going through the process...you know, the ones who are being rounded up at the court houses when they are showing up for their hearings and what not?
TPS is temporary. Also Biden abused the asylum process and even SCOTUS has allowed the end to TPS I don’t know about the Afghans but I do know that in the disastrous withdrawal not many of those brought over were vetted. If they are holding them in order to vet them, that is a good thing.

Trump ended what was a TEMPORARY shield on deportation for Afghans because of improving conditions in Afghanistan, according to the DHS announcement.
And thus sending the people that helped OUR US TROOPS in Afghanistan back to live under the Taliban. And you all were upset about how Biden dealt with the mess left by Trump on the afghan pullout. Sheesh.

Deportation doesn’t require a “grand jury” or “judicial convictions.” Deportations aren’t a punishment, they are a function of national government for people illegally in the country. Why don’t you get this?
Deportation is transporting someone to their home country and dropping them off there, so that they can make a life there. It is not sending them to South Sudan or a prison in a third country.
That’s why Garcia was sent to El Salvador, his home country and democrats had a hissy fit.

Absolutely not. Most people approve of Trump’s deportation policies and we literally just had a national election over this issue. The public supports getting illegal immigrants out, no “reevaluation” necessary.
