WMTA is wringing it’s hands hoping RTO happens - like so many legacy businesses. RTO will not happen so WMTA is going to have to adjust its business model to survive. Or not. Many won’t miss it and without an incentive for subsidies because of their commuters, local govs won’t be interested.
