Well I did well all day but had probably two bowls of cereal at bedtime (worked super late for a day I did an AM workout) and probably undid a lot of my calorie deficit from earlier in the day. Irritating! Probably at or close to 25 g sugar though, no cookies or candy or anything.
Kate I’m jealous of your dance class! Looking forward to doing those again when my kids are older instead of my basement and treadmill routine
