What the f are you talking about? A child was raped. That is not a blue or red issue. Unfortunately it happens far far too often in all types of communities. Yes we should go after the rapist. But we should also do whatever we can to ease the pain of the victim - which includes access to an abortion and not shaming her for accessing an abortion.
