Not at all. I also don’t find it absolutely hilarious that the White House X post about the incident included emoji of chains.
I don’t see anything “hilarious “ about racism or in the white suprematism celebrated by the current administration.
Why is race even an issue on this topic? If Lemon wants to use the “journalist” defense, go ahead. I still think it’s wrong, but he can certainly make it. Do I think he was arrested because he’s high profile? Yes, but that’s okay too. He’s entitled to his day in court.
Interesting that this MAGA person wasn’t charged with interrupting a church service with her anti-gay comments. No day in court for her.
Not a real church
Sure looks like a real church to me. Maybe you're just blind or stupid. Either way unqualified to judge whether something is a church or not.

Wait, you think that this says something about Lemon and not CNN…lmso

Still doesn’t give him a right to be there. First amendment press rights don’t supersede religious rights on private property.
The FACE act was drafted by the left with abortion clinics in mind. The drafters added in religious services to get support from the right in passing the FACE act.
You might want to think about how this is going to boomerang if it turns out that “journalists” can be in religious spaces and abortion clinics, reporting on whatever controversy is happening in there.
The FACE Act requires that someone use force, the threat of force, physically blocking or damaging property to interfere or intimidate. Lemon didn’t do any of those things.
Oh ok, so that’s your position when a gang of proud boys storms into an abortion clinic chanting about murdering babies?
Proud boys are usually brandishing guns, so ....
Not in this scenario.
So sounds like you’re totally fine with it, as long as no weapons are brandished.
In your scenario, they didn’t violate the FACE Act so I would say they should no be charged with violating that law. Is that confusing for you?
Does that apply to abortion clinics and sites?
The law applies to both. It’s not a secret. You can read the law for yourself.
I honestly had no idea that protestors could go inside abortion clinics and invade patients' privacy.
Clinics typically prevent it, but it’s not a felony.
How do they stop journalists?
The same way they prevent other people who don’t belong. Have you ever been to a planned parenthood?
No, and I have concerns for their privacy if protestors can enter any bldg.
They can’t, which you would know if you had ever been. That’s PP’s point. Churches are open to people in ways that Planned Parenthood facilities are not.
I guess synagogues, churches, mosques, and schools will need to have more security.
Sure, or, hear me out, maybe they could get over themselves about people walking in and saying things they don’t like. The law isn’t written to prevent hurt feelings. Clinics took action on security because they’re actually at risk.
You are an idiot.
They actually prevented people from worshipping- a blatant violation of the 1st Amendment and the FACE act And Lemon was part of that.
I’m sure you’re very upset by ICE busting into a church service to arrest a worshipper then, right?
