Just because it's a slicing rather than stabbing knife doesn't mean CB agreed to any arrangement, and whether CB was conscious doesn't mean she agrees to it either. It seems pretty clear she was set up and likely both AP and BB both had guns pulled from the beginning. AP's story that BB told her to get the 2nd gun after the stabbing is likely a lie and she had it to ensure they could keep CB and JR in line while they commanded them to arrange the scene -both CB and JR under gunpoint of two people with two guns.

She was likely drugged, one less variable. Perhaps in the context of it being BBs bday the day b4. Case in France shows how easy it is to slip something into wine, etc.


That would make it easier for JR to show up in the bedroom without CB screaming and calling the police. Surely, BB knew that there would be testing of the victim (CB's) blood... why would he drug her knowing that the hospital would have to take some of her blood?


Rape drugs like GHB only stay detectable in the blood for up to 8 hours. Wouldn’t be detectable

It appears to me that the prosecutors and investigators just did a masterful job in their tradecraft by biding their time and collecting evidence.

It appears that they don't need to offer JM a deal(or much of a deal). They feel they don't need her as a witness against BB.

Big Momma seems to be flirting with accessory after the fact. Tess hitched her wagon to a losing horse. I'm not unsympathetic to Big Momma's love for her son.

For a suspected murder to determine exact cause of death I'd certainly think so.


They obviously would have taken a blood sample to determine the type of blood she needed since she had been bleeding so much. They would probably test that blood for any substances in case she needed to be given medications to treat her. I'm sure they tested her blood either before or after she passed. They know if she was on something. I think that would have come out by now. Police would have had some evidence and would have said she was drugged.

It is routine to run tox panels for blood and urine for all deaths of unknown origin. For a death that looks like murder? Full tox panels on blood, urine, tissues, vitrious humor, the whole shebang.

AP was chasing $ and a chance to stay in US. Not sure why other women were interested in BB.

Genuinely hope Big Momma is charged for obstruction of justice and threatening AP if she talks. All recorded in the jail. She must not be too smart but arrogant like sonny boy.

Unless AP flips we may never get a true sense of what CB did and did not know. I suspect she was in the dark and drugged, but without JR or CB here, we may never really be sure.

JR had not really done knife play, inducing him to bring a weapon was part of the ruse and lure in the comms w/ he thought CB but really BB or AP.
