That's not just a "knife" --- that's a meat cleaver! And the reporter says that BB used that meat cleaver to kill CB. So, if the reporter's retelling of what prosecutors said is accurate, prosecutors don't think CB was stabbed earlier that morning... they say that BB first shot JR, and then BB took the knife/meat cleaver that JR brought and stabbed CB in the neck.

The "knife" that they show isn't the kind of sharp pointy knife that I was expecting. It's the kind of knife that you CHOP things with. Or slice things. But it's not really a stabbing-kind of "knife". It's a slitting-kind of knife.

If CB was conscious when JR was shot, then maybe there was, in fact, an arrangement to play out a scene that CB knew about. (of course she didn't know that BB was actually going to use the playtime to kill two people, and she didn't know that JM would be waiting at the door with another gun).

Honest question here. If CB had been drugged in any way beforehand a medical examiner would have found that pretty quickly, right? Could police have kept such a discovery from going public in order to build their case against BB? It’s not as though LE has to reveal all its cards during an investigation.

For those arguing sympathy for Tess Banfield/Big Momma, you may want to reconsider. The apple may not have fallen far from the spath tree.

Using the case in France as a parallel, who is to say that CB didn't choose to take a sleeping pill rather than her wine being spiked?

LE did not buy BB's smartest bear in the room story from day 1. That is why Tess was so desperately trying to smear Joe on social media, including here. If he was the bad guy, BB was a hero. If not, BB is in big trouble, esp if Juliana flips. That she basically threatened her and that she controls funding for the lawyer is troubling. No way is that lawyer going to encourage JPM to flip. Big Momma is worried that she will wise up but so far she is both young and dumb. Hope Tess is locked up too for obstruction of justice.

As a neighbor I can’t agree more with the judge that BB would present a threat to the community if granted bail. Although not outwardly expressed we all despised his presence in the neighborhood since Feb 23. And his mother is equally despicable and frankly needs to be charged with obstruction of justice. As the movie title was so apt, Tess, GET OUT of our neighborhood. You’re filth.

She's not snitching on a gang but on a woman killing LE. No one in jail will care. That is straight up witness tampering. Big Momma needs to be charged.
