If this is really the case, then his latest where he says he is considering a national 15-week abortion ban should hopefully correct that error. And you can bet that once his nomination is confirmed, that his support of the national abortion ban will become front and center of Democratic advertising. The fact that on average 60% of the nation is against abortion restrictions will work against him.

I know Republicans want to get back to immigration as THE issue after they bent the knee to King Donald, but for sensible people, the primary issue is going to be abortion. Religious whackjobs telling women they’re not people? That’s not going to work to the benefit of the GOP, that’s going to drive women and the men who love them to the polls in support of women as full humans.

Remember this ad? I recall a good deal of outrage/protest from Republicans who said it was a scare tactic or called those who predicted it as the future, "hysterical." Doesn't seem so hysterical now. Bring on the ads. Bring on the one from the brave Kentucky rape victim. Bring on the one from the doctor that treated the raped ten year old. Women is this country get it, and young women especially get it. The GOP can downplay this as much as they want, but good luck in getting away from it.

Good. The more ignorant nonsense he spews about women and pregnancy and birth and abortion and IVF and the rest of it, the more votes he loses.

No, people actually believe this...including my own mother, who dealt with infertility and loss, and watched her daughter (me) deal with it, as well. Who watched a dear friend suffer through a terminal fetal diagnosis resulting in stillbirth and critical illness of the mother. You know, someone who should definitely know better.
I've talked to her ad nauseum about this stuff (because it is absolutely my hill to die on), but she's convinced he's right. I'm floored that my reasonable, educated parents have fallen for all of his (and the GOP's) lies.

The big joke here is that Trump doesn't even have a moral stance against abortion. He doesn't have a moral stance against anything. This is just something that got people to clap for him so he embraced it.

Who the heck are they polling? The polling has already been so far off in the primary that they’re clearly not to be trusted. They’ve oversampled Trump voters again, and it sounds like this poll tapped into the same idiot vein again.

People already have their minds made up on this issue.

Which issue? PP mentioned a bunch of them. There a lot of people who have changed their minds based on what’s been happening in the last year and a half.

Yes. And the more nonsense he spews, the more motivated the voters get.
