Too bad we can’t see the beat down that Riverside would give Indy. Riverside Would win by 4-5 goals
Agreed here. Seems to be consensus on this forum that Indy’s ‘win’ last year against Riverside was fraudulent. Would love to see Riverside dominate Indy again.

The new Open division will take the top eight teams in flag football, football, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, and softball and put them in their own division for the state playoffs. The seeds will be determined by MaxPreps rankings points (not the modified and confusing FHSAA variation) after the end of the regular season in football, and after the district tournaments in all other sports. https://www.news4jax.com/sports/2026/06/09/fhsaa-votes-to-add-open-division-in-multiple-sports-beginning-this-year/

wth? they had 2 guys announcing semi final game - they did pretty good job too, multiple camera angles, replays etc. they couldn’t do same thing for state finals??
