I don't think his mental state allows him to feel "in trouble". In his mind, he's always a victim of persecution. He has a right to do these things that others can't do, because he's special.
I'm sure Putin also feels this way.

There is always a lull when something new comes down. They'll be here with talking points shortly after Hannity and Tucker are over.

They had to reject Cannon on this. Making that precedent would make it impossible to prosecute anyone with a half decent lawyer. Prosecutors would be tangled up in court the second a person knew they were a target of an investigation, well before any indictment came down.

A big question now is whether Cannon will be chastened, or will keep interviewing for a spot on SCOTUS.

+1 One of the Oathkeepers on trial already asked to have a Special Master review all of the seized materials in his case.

Nope. None whatsoever.

Please check the voting record of your Senator on Judge Cannon - 12 Democrats voted for her and 23 Senators did not even vote. This is no way to seat judges with lifetime appointments.
