Landon has also been testing weekly since the Fall.

St Johns is a year away from the big stage.... I think Gonzaga's best days could be behind them... SJC is aggressively recruiting has has eat into Gonzaga's marketshare. Not to mention, the Mater Dei pipeline has shifted back to Georgetown Prep for the past few years.

PS: just because, Landon, SJC or Gonzaga aren't on my list, doesn't equate these teams won't have super strong seasons this Spring. All of them are very strong teams and capable of beating anyone on this pre-season list.

1. Bullis- IAC
2. Spalding-MIAA
3. Gonzaga- WCAC

I've heard rumors that the WCAC is not mandating test across their teams where as the IAC is intending to test weekly - is this true?

Prep, an IAC school, has already been testing all students, faculty, and staff every week since September so they are already doing this.

When does the WCAC start play?

Same. Football season has to finish first.
Maybe based on DC's tolerance for sports, I heard WCAC sports seasons overlap so kids can do fall or spring sport but not both.

If parents can’t watch these games in person due to covid restrictions will they be live streamed?

This is not club ball or summer ball.

Scrimmages really are not the best barometer to gauge team A is better than team C based on a scrimmage result. All coaches have different philosophies when it comes to scrimmages.

Normally would agree but in a world where these teams have not played in two years (except for maybe 2 to 3 games last year before shut down) and where it looks like there will be limited, if any, inter league play during the season scrimmages this year may take on a little more meaning as it relates to assessing the comparative strength of teams. From the scrimmages I have seen they have been run pretty "game like", at least for the first half.

Not the "correct" rankings, they are simply the rankings from US Lacrosse, "correct" may be decided by the end of the season but for now just one group's opinion. Seeing as SJC beat Boy's Latin this week it is understandable why some may question these rankings and come up with their own.
