Winning at U11, 12 or 13 doesn't mean anything. Many of her players? Loudoun is a huge club so it is pretty safe to say that some players are going to be good regardless of the coaching with that size of the club.

This may or may not be true as applied to LS once you get to U13 and older, but it's not even close of an explanation for why LS is not stronger/deeper at ULittle, especially on the boys side. Usually the Red (and sometimes Black) teams at LS on girls side at ULittle is very strong. Plus LS rec teams at ULittle usually do very well at Rec All Star tournaments, again more so on girls side.
