Nice try. It did happen and you were not there, or you are simply deaf or lying. Either way your posts are no longer relevant as they are factually inaccurate.

The more salient argument is if it did happen, does it matter? To some yes. To others, not enough to leave as they perceive the benefits outweighing the risks. Personal choice. But, don't lie and cover up BP's behavior. It is what it is. He should be proud of it if that's who he is and explain why he uses motivational techniques like this. He must be doing it on purpose, right? It can't simply be that despite having decent soccer knowledge that he is an immature person in an adult's body, could it? I mean, that would be unheard of in youth coaching, right?

Let's put it this way. There is more than one family at the club that feel trapped right now. For many reasons. The questionable culture is just one thing. Dropping the ball on the St James purchase right after deposits were made is definitely a short term move and rubbed many the wrong way. It locks the current families in for one year to help the purchase. Great. In the long run, it slowly undermines the trust that a club should have with the families. All in all, it makes it more likely that the club moves to Springfield next year for new blood and a fresh start with new families.

I don't know why anyone would feel trapped. Any player/family could leave and join another club. There are SO many in the area. If the player is worth a salt, an ECNL club would pick them up.

Timing was suspicious and I think there is more to it. I don't know what yet though.

I also don't think they'll pick up and move. STJ wouldn't want that. They DO NOT want to break up the current teams as it would tarnish their brand if FCV performed like the other local clubs.

What do you mean by performed like other local clubs?

What you just want to hear it?

Mediocre at best with one or two age groups at most that compete at a moderately high level.

Ok. So like when fcv played Richmond?

If playing to win, FCV would have won every age group. Believe it or not. Up to you!

OK, hotshot. #fcvfamily #redefiningrealityeveryday

So fcv wasn’t playing to win but you’re claiming Richmond was? Face it, you’re just another NOVA program. Not special anymore. Dilution is real. Sorry sweetheart. #littlesisters

No - they already had our deposits. Do you expect us to just give a club the deposit money and walk away?

What you signed up for and paid into ( the FCV Contract) is not what you are getting. You can very easily get your money back. It's $10,000 after travel and dues. You agreed to a different set of terms when you paid your deposit. I know from my own personal experience you can get your deposit back. Think logically about this....this would not be an issue with any other agreement / contract you sign with anyone else that changes the terms after signing.

I see other posts on here that didn't hear it as well. So I'm not the only one.

There are two sides to every coin. Everyone has settled on the first one to speak up and run with the rumor.

It's not a rumor. It happened. And I highly doubt anyone cares if you believe it or not.

LOL--you can try to confuse the issue all you want, but those who were at the 2006 game know the truth. It was clearly heard by parents and players and multiple people here have confirmed it. You must have been at a different game/age group or didn't attend this game. Trying to control the situation won't help you. This happened.
