If the evidence gets submitted to the court, then it's in the judge's hands to decide whether or not to unseal it. Not Barr's. Not Trump's. The judge's.


This is one reasons why Republicans want to take over the courts.


If a president is found to be treasonous, are the Supreme Court appointments reversible?
