Question has been asked and answered by the coaching staff repeatedly. Outdoor DA stays at Evergreen. No indication that it'll be moved. None.

What is the name of your club?

Everyone who cares knows the club was sold. Also, everyone who has asked the coaches directly knows where practices will be held. Not sure why you decided otherwise all by yourself. Shrug, believe what you want though.

The club is named after a facility. Keep telling yourself DA will stay 40 miles away from that facility.

And in fact, this time next year I look forward to the press release from the St. Hames Soccer Club.

John Cougar > John Cougar Mellencamp > John Mellencamp

FC Virginia > St. James FC Virginia > St. James FC
Evergreen > Evergreen / St James > St. James /Fairfax

I mean FCV told you all about this change BEFORE you paid your deposit so I’m sure you’re right and it will never happen. The new owners will be more than happy to keep paying on that Evergreen lease that keeps people out of their facility.

Look at what makes sense and is most likely more than what you are hoping for. No matter what your coaches tell you the ultimate decision is no longer theirs.

Dude relax. I dont even live in VA so I have no skin in the game but youre making yourself look like a fool right now.

To say a new owner of a club HAS to move their entire operation to one specific area is stupid. It shows you know nothing about acquisitions and the like.

If you saw the facility and the massive debt associated with that facility you would understand the situation better. If you saw understood the traffic distance you would understand.

The new owners are in the Gym business, not the youth sports business.

Damn, so I guess all the new Baltimore Armour DA girls will have to be driving to BALTIMORE since BALTIMORE is in its name? Dont be ignorant.

No but their practices ranged from SAC fields, the soccerplex and the Baltimore area.

VDA practices range from Longpark to Howison. So to say that FCV will not be practicing at Evergreen exclusively when no other clubs with different locations practices exclusively at one location.

And the difference is VDA and Armour are all club affiliations that requires such an accommodation for the partnerships to work. There are no such partnerships for The St. James FCV to worry about maintaining.

exactly, nothing is changing for baltimore armour, and nothing is changing to FCV

The same people dogging everyone over the last few weeks for posting about the changes in the DA programs are now spewing BS false info about the Springfield move.

Brahahah! I had to laugh, and you are right. They can white wash this thing all they want. tSJ is a business and in the end, they will run like one.

I only chimed in because I saw the information you or somebody was pushing, trying to convince people there's a move to Springfield on the horizon in the near future. No evidence of that. But it appears that you've blown a gasket, so I'll let you heal.

You are confusing lots of different posters. I'm not pushing any information, other than pointing out the FUD irony of the Jimmy-Come-Lately

K...well that was for whoever was so hell bent on telling everyone to get out, get your money back blah blah blah...

It all makes sense... You keep name calling random folks names.. I've seen this on the news. You sound like you have a twitter account with a Zillion followers? The most followers ever? lol.

Is it K by you to wonder if you have a special bonus clause in the sale contract for so many committed/paid players retained through June/Aug. Does the Evergreen contract has single party non-renewal rights with sufficient advance notice? Those sound like reasonable terms, especially when done...right... after.... parent payment.

Whoa whoa..I didn't call any names and didn't call anyone names, what are you talking about with that? I don't know anymore than you do about the Evergreen contract so....either ask the club or stop wild-guessing. And I won't be calling anyone names, not my thing. And I don't tweet. As I said, I only chimed in to correct the claim that there was a move to Springfield in the near future. That claim has only been made on this board as far as I can tell. Again, believe what you want and I'll do the same.

FCVDAD can say whatever...not all people at every club think alike. It's weird that you're so worked up about it. Good luck to Metro, no dog in that fight. Hope things turn around for them.

I'm not worked up at all, but thanks for the concern. What's weird is how FCVDAD and Karen/NDiTF are telling me that I also can't "say whatever"..

You lost me with that whole Karen/nd....I don't get it, don't want too. And you do seem worked up. I'm not sure why anyone who isn't affected invests all this time in a discussion.

Everybody! Pack it up, Shut it down! "No Dog in That Fight" says it's all done. It's just a matter of time before He or She announces it to the rest of the internet.

OOOOOOKKKKKKKKKKK so The Jimmy is cool paying that bill for field space. Why buy a club that is supposed to make you money only to spend money. Sounds like a great business plan. Kinda like $400 for jumping jacks. I'm sure they will honor all three years of that contract at Evergreen. Assuming Evergreen isn't purchased. And we all know how contracts in youth soccer goes, see FCV and every partner for the last decade.

Does St James have an outdoor facility with a bunch of fields that Im not aware of?

They have arranged for field space nearby. Of course the coaches are not disclosing the location of the specific fields.

So you are obviously part of the club yes? Or are you just guessing? Are you saying the coaches are lying to us?
