There is no justification. And that is why the AA officer was charged with murder.

Doesn't matterAnonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Don’t get involved in a minor traffic incident, to be handcuffed and put inside a police cruiser. Then shot point blank 7 times by the policeman. While you’re sitting handcuffed in his cruiser. Murdered.
What did the cop look like?

Pfffffft, there was nothing minor about it. That idiot damaged like 7 other cars. Some were likely totaled out. Cars belonging to people who perhaps can ill-afford to replace a car that some dumbass on PCP wrecked.
I'm not saying he deserved to get shot for that. But he definitely earned himself a good beating at the hands of an angry mob of damaged vehicle owners. Too bad the police intervened. If a gaggle of people woulda grabbed him and stomped the crap outta him, he'd still be alive today.

“First, the Detroiter sued his employer alleging racial discrimination in a lawsuit that settled confidentially. Then he went to the bank this week to cash his settlement checks, but the Livonia bank refused to cash or deposit his checks. Instead, they called the cops and initiated a fraud investigation — actions that dumbfounded Thomas and his lawyer, triggering another lawsuit.
On Wednesday, Thomas sued TCF Bank for alleged race discrimination, saying the Livonia branch mistreated and humiliated him by calling four police officers when all he was trying to do was deposit legitimate checks. According to police, the bank's computer system read the checks as fraudulent.”

Wait, are computers racist? Because if the system triggered a fraud alert on the checks, then this had nothing to do with race.

The person who suffered this humiliation is a 65 year old Black woman. Yep, the irony is rich.
More than a dozen members of a local African American women’s empowerment group, the 504 Queens, were attending a Nov. 3 showing. According to NOLA.com, they had reserved their seats at the AMC Clearview Palace 12 in Metairie, La., in advance. But after the movie started that Sunday night, they said, the theater’s employees began treating them suspiciously and questioning whether they really had tickets and were in the right seats. Finally, a manager interrupted the film to confront them as everyone else in the audience stared.
“We were watching people being whipped, being shot in the head, their children being sold away from them,” she said. “And then you shut down this movie, this emotional movie, and come to me about a ticket dispute? It felt like the 1800s again in 2019.”
Taking an extraordinary steps to address this issue, AMC said it would create a training video for all employees, as part of their remedy for this behavior.
