Sorry, but this isn't always the case. I used to work part-time at a Home Depot, and we found dog poop on the floor. I'd be extremely surprised if with the amount of Home Depot's there is in the U.S.A, that it only happened at the store I worked at.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:^^wow - It's really okay to allow your dog into home depot?? what if the dog shits and pisses on the floor?
Also, I think humans should be allowed to go to a human store and not be bothered by a large dog like a German Shepherd.
If the dog poops, you clean it up (like you’d do with a kid with incontinence). Personally, if my dog wasn’t well trained, I wouldn’t take her to a store.
If you have issues with it, take it up with Home Depot.

Some people are entitled assholes. I love my dog but would never subject her or others to a visit to a store.
Dogs are allowed in Home Depot, so the owners did nothing wrong. It’s not entitled to abide by the store’s rules. I take my Bulldog into Home Depot, too.
Gross.
Take it up with the store.

Anonymous wrote:Why do people do this? Can't you leave your dog in the car, outside, or at home? Why on earth do people feel the need to bring their dogs into places of business - especially ones that sell food. Can the health department be called over this?

What is wrong with people? It was obviously not a service dog, the place is a food place with a no-pet policy, and on top of everything we're going through a pandemic!!!
Old fashioned letters (through the mail) seem to get more response than emails, IMO.
I called customer service with all the info. It's a shame that we have to waste our time placing such complaints!
You don’t have to, Karen.
