It's true Home depot has this policy. So shop at Lowe's. No one is mentioning the obvious which a PP waiter started at the beginning of the thread. The employees cannot approach these people because they claim it's an emotional support dog and by law they cannot be questioned on the validity of this. NO ONE (except Home Depot, apparently) wants them in there. And yes they are entitled with their little internet purchased ID cards.

Sorry, but this isn't always the case. I used to work part-time at a Home Depot, and we found dog poop on the floor. I'd be extremely surprised if with the amount of Home Depot's there is in the U.S.A, that it only happened at the store I worked at.

WTF is wrong with people? A woman was carrying her little dog around the Upper East Side Whole Foods today as if it were a package! We are in the middle of a pandemic! Pandemic or not, though, there are clear signs saying that pets are NOT allowed! Employees must stand at the door and enforce the policy!
