I just read he had AIDS which would explain why the flu could have killed him, if he had the flu (from the Daily Mail and who knows how reliable that is). Supposedly had did have the hip operation years ago, but he was already addicted to Percocet. Who knows til we get the full report. I wonder if the family has any say in how much dirty laundry is aired. It's hard to tell what to believe, especially if he was still riding his bike around. It just sucks that his music was a source of joy and now it's tainted. I'm hoping he died of a heart attack. I read for snacks his chef made quesadillas and mozzarella sticks.
I have been trying not to comment on this. My close friend was personal chef. This is not true.

I think this is hyperbole. I believe Prince's music was formative for many people and he touched a lot of lives. How he dies won't diminish this at all.
Did you know all along that your close friend was peronsal chef, or did you just find out? Because in the 2nd article the chef says he signed a confidentiality agreement and that even his close personal friends did not know he was working for Prince.Anonymous wrote:Your personal friend was Prince's personal chef? Tyka is his only full sister. He has 5 half siblings. From what I read all the siblings would split the money if there is in fact no will.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I think his business manager said he tried to convince Prince to make a will but he never would. its so odd and not in keeping with all his other business savvy and control of his brand and music. That sister looks like a hot mess. I suspect they are gonna all start fighting, blow through millions in legal fees for the next 10 years, and a court will eventually appoint someone else. She is going to destroy everything he tried to protect. He clearly wasn't giving her money for a reason. I am guessing she is a drug addict.
Allegedly he and she made a pact, that if one became rich and famous before the other, they wouldn't bother the one who hadn't made it yet - for money. At one point, she was a prostitute that was drug addicted, and he finally sent her to rehab (would not give her money outright, smartly). Now, it looks like she would be the recipient of his estate, although there is one other sibling (perhaps estranged), and many other half siblings (I don't know if they count, or how much). If this is true, it really is a mess. I hope that they do right by him, given how talented and successful he was.

I am so sad. Attended Minneapolis schools with Prince and Jimmy Jam. They were real all the way along.

The DEA is now suddenly involved in the

This must have to do with the report that
he was found in possession of drugs at time
of death.
