No, the thing is, they don't have to lie. Trump doesn't have to lie. He could do the right thing and just say they ran into issues that require additional remediation. I can't imagine what it's like going through life with so little critical thinking ability that you buy into the vandalism story. It seems like it should hurt your brain, or give you heartburn, or SOMEthing, when you disregard the reality of paint floating to the surface of an algae-infested pool and instead mimic the clearly misleading cries of "vandalism!" It has a known algae problem since its inception, I have pictures of it with green water in 2016, the area is under 24/7 video surveillance, and it was painted dark blue (which will heat it making known algae problem even worse), not allowed sufficient time to cure, and then had NPS dumping peroxide in it!
