I don't think it's "deathbed serious" but it's likely serious enough for him to be laid up getting treatment for several days.
When you’re Trump’s age, even the flu can be deathbed serious. Take also into account the mysterious bruising the last several weeks… he’s not good. And unlikely to improve.
Hey, maybe this is one of the many reasons 80 year old presidents are a terrible idea! How 155 million people were duped into voting for Trump and Biden in 2020 is beyond me. A level of stupidity never seen before in the American electorate.

They know things you don't and they've spent very little time with him this term. They won't show up unless there's been an official statement, anything else would ruin the coverup. No one who knows the man cares about him. People who are around him care about the power they stand to loose, but that's a different discussion.
I also think that Ivanka was in the Bahamas earlier in August.

It’s a normal working day, so we should expect Trump to have a busy schedule.
He hasn’t spoken in public for the longest stretch in a long, long while. We’ll see if Baron Harkonnen is up to it or not.
