No, they absolutely will not let him near the prison.

No one gets in there unless you are an amateur youtuber. You have to promise to make the exact same propaganda video, walking down the same hall led by the same guy, interviewing the exact same inmate, and then you get a taste of the exact same protein-less food.

They'll make up some BS about Hollen not having the right credentials.

Some people DO get in but they have to be MAGA.

Like like Congressman Riley Moore, a Republican from West Virginia, who travelled to the controversial mega-prison in El Salvador on Tuesday. Click on the link to see him posing with prisoners at CECOT (aka MAGA prison porn).

Rep. Riley Moore tours El Salvador mega-prison where U.S. is sending accused criminals, migrants

Typically for a MAGA, can't see beyond the superficiality of the issue.

Just so you are aware, the issue is the administration's continued disregard for the US Constitution and federal laws of the United States and its obdurate refusal to rectify their error. You too, if you actually thought the Constitution worthwhile, should be up in arms.

Just because you keep repeating the same lies, it does not make it more convincing.

I think they will tell him they are not releasing him. Hopefully that will satisfy all of the "we never asked them" posters.

So if he asks and they say no, then what?

"We" does not include you, me, or Senator Hollen. "We" is the US government: Trump, Marco Rubio, Kristi Noem, etc

Senators are not part of the administration. Senators do not speak on behalf of DHS (or whoever entered in the agreement). Of course they'll say no.

Link to Maryland court docs is in their report.

“Jennifer Vasquez filed for a protective order due to domestic violence from her husband on May 13, 2021, and a final order was issued on June 17, 2021, by Prince George’s County District Court Judge LaKeecia Allen.”

Wow so she is probably secretly glad to be rid of him….

OR the newspaper account is a lie. If she was abused and an opportunity opened for her to never see him again, why would she go this trouble…

Abrego Garcia's wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, pleaded for the return of her husband before a hearing on Tuesday in Greenbelt, Maryland.

"I find myself pleading with the Trump administration and the Bukele administration to stop playing political games with the life of Kilmar," said Jennifer Vasquez Sura, Abrego Garcia's wife. "Our family is torn apart during this scary time. Our children miss their dad so much."

This story has not yet been verified. If it's true, lawyers can raise it in court.

The president should be sending a jet now to collect him, and wouldn’t have to just release him in the US and wipe their hands of it. He could get a lawyer and the US would have to prove its case. Just like we’ve done in the past with other presidents up till the felon took office this year.

True but King Trump is a dicatator. He doesn't have to follow the law. SCOTUS even said so...

You did not provide a link. If you had, people would see that "Chesapeake Today" is a pro-Trump local rag.

Is it possible that reputable news outlets did not feature this story because it's false?

I tried to fact check the story with AI and by using the Maryland Court case look-up but could find nothing on the case. Can someone else who is more familiar with looking up cases take a look? I'm not saying the story isn't true, but I would like it fact checked from someone other than "Chesapeake Today."

He already had those two hearings in 2019.

So you’re saying Trump failed to send this violent criminal home during his first term? That Trump let violent criminals roam the US for years? 🤔
