I don't think it's relevant, or even makes sense, to compare median housecome income to where kids get into college. Can someone explain?

I think it’s about if the students are over performing what was given to them. I don’t understand why they used median and not mean though.

My niece is at Riverdale Country. My cousin said she looked at many and it was the best private she toured in NYC. Their early results matriculations look amazing but from what I understand they are majority recruited athletes/legacies so hard to extrapolate much until the much larger RD cycle.
